Latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1) of the EpsteinBarr virus is expressed under the control of the mouse IgH enhancer and a V H promoter from a mouse hybridoma. Lines 3, 6 and 9 were generated, with line 3 studied further. In lineage 3, the transgene has integrated into the mouse Igh-J locus. (J:50151)
