This allele was created using the FLEx switch system. A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 10, a lox511 site, inverted exon 10 containing a glycine to arginine substitution at amino acid 315 (G315R), an FRT flanked neomycin selection cassette, loxP site in reverse orientation, and a lox511 site in reverse orientation were inserted downstream of exon 10. The neomycin cassette was removed via flp-mediated recombination. (J:325948)
