Tg(ACTB-lacZ,-Fgf10,-EGFP)#Mlgn

The transgene contains a chicken beta actin (ACTB) promoter driving ubiquitous expression of a floxed lacZ neomycin reporter cassette with a triple stop, Fgf10 cDNA, IRES, and EGFP reporter gene. Cre-mediated recombination is required to remove the beta-geo cassette and achieve expression of Fgf10 and EGFP. (J:311931)
