A SA-2xpolyA-CAG-LSL-FGFR2-IRES-luciferase-2A-EGFP-WPRE-polyA cassette was inserted at the Rosa26 locus. When bred to a strain expressing Cre recombinase under control of various tissue specific promoters, Cre recombination deletes the LSL cassette and allows the expression of the FGFR2 protein.
