A SA-2xpolyA-CAG-Loxp-Stop-Loxp-human EZH2 cDNA-IRES-luciferase-2A-tdTomato-wpre-polyA cassette was knocked into the mouse Rosa26 locus . This strain of mice can be mated with mice expressing Cre recombinase so that human EZH2 could be expressed after exposure to Cre recombinase. (J:238766)
