Tg(Zp3-EGFP,-RNAi:Ctcf)1Msb

The promoter drives oocyte-specifiec expression of an EGFP reporter gene and a double strand RNA targeting Ctcf. Five lines were generated; lines 1 and 21 with very little CTCF mRNA while lines 4 and 56 exhibit a more modest decrease. Line 1 was selected as the representative line. (J:90538)
