This transgene consists of the human keratin 18 cDNA containing an arginine to cysteine substitution at amino acid 89 in exon 1. Three lines were generated; F22, F30, and F50. The transgene copy number for line F22 is 10. The relative protein ratio of endogenous mouse Krt18 to over-expressed human KRT18 is 1:2. (J:241700)
