An FRT-flanked neomycin cassette and a loxP site were inserted upstream of exon 2 and a second loxP site was inserted downstream of exon 3. Exons 2 and 3 were deleted via cre-mediated recombination. This allele contains the neomycin cassette. (J:253840)
