CRISPR-targeting of exon 3 produced three deletion alleles: a 32-bp deletion, a 19-bp deletion, and a 34-bp deletion. The pound symbol is used because the lines are pooled. Western blot analysis confirmed absence of protein in E18.5 embryos, while the expression levels of other Dyrk family members are unchanged. (J:312414)
