The sequence of the self-processing furin-2A in front of the improved Cre (iCre) recombinase was inserted into the end of the coding sequence of the mouse Oxt gene. Frt flanked neo cassette was removed by crossing with the Actb-FLPe mouse line that expresses a Flp1 recombinase gene under the human ACTB promoter. (J:310161)
