Asic1^em1Cibms

Using CRISPR/Cas9 technology, the alternatively spliced exon containing the ATG translation start codon of a splicing variant of Asic1, ASIC1b was deleted. The resulting allele express Asic1a isoform but not Asic1b. (J:309655)
