An IRES, tdTomato reporter gene, and FRT-flanked neomycin cassette were inserted after the stop codon between the coding sequence and the 3' UTR sequence. LoxP sites were inserted upstream of the start codon and after the reporter gene and neomycin cassette. Flp-mediated recombination removed the neomycin selection cassette. (J:309596)
