The targeting construct inserted an IRES-Cre-pgk promoterdriven Flp recombination target (FRT)neomycin (neo)FRT cassette into final exon 11 of the Trpc5 gene by homologous recombination in ES cells. The FRT flanked neo selection cassette was removed by FLP-deleter mice. (J:287788)
