Tg(tetO-d2EGFP,-Hes5)#Ohts

In this construct, the tetO tetracycline responsive element (TRE) was placed between the modified d2EGFP reporter gene and the mouse hes family bHLH transcription factor 5 cDNA. The two genes are arranged in opposite transcriptional orientation (head-to-head) and the SV40 poly(A) signal sequence was placed 3' of each. (J:243558)
