The targeting construct replaced the translation initiation sequence with a tdTomato and 2A sequence and inserted a loxP site into intron 1 and an FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette, loxP site, and Thy1.1 cDNA into intron 5. Flp-mediated mutation removed the selection cassette. (J:254697)
