The transgene contains the BAC RP23-128D19 with the cre recombinase fusion to the modified estrogen receptor (ERT2) inserted downstream of the translation initiation codon. Five transgenic founder lines were generated with one (line 151) showing specific cre activity in the lymphatic valve was established for further studies. (J:308453)
