Exon 6 was floxed. An FRT flanked neomycin resistance cassette was inserted upstream of the loxP site 5' of exon 6 and breeding to a flp deleter strain excised the neomycin resistance cassette leaving this conditional ready allele. (J:219286, J:307157)
