A vector consisting of CAG, loxP-flanked neomycin and STOP cassette, a Yap1 cDNA containing a serine to alanine substitution at amino acid 112 (S112A), FRT flanked IRES-EGFP, and pA was inserted into the locus. The S112A mutation results in a constitutively active Yap1. Expression of the constitutively active product is only achieved following cre mediated recombination. (J:306935)
