Two loxP sites were inserted flanking exon 7, which encodes a STAG domain, and a FRT-flanked neomycin selection cassette was inserted downstream of exon 7 before the second loxP site. Flp-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette leaving exon 7 floxed. (J:289000)
