An IRES, channel rhodopsin wide receiver (a fusion of channel rhodopsin 1 and 2), Venus cassette and a floxed inverted neo cassette were inserted just downstream of the coding exon of the gene via homologous recombination. Expression of the report protein is seen in the posterior DII subdomain of the olfactory bulb. (J:250590)
