Tg(IGHV1-69,IGKV@)#Nlo

The transgene contains the human immunoglobulin heavy variable 1-69 gene segment and part of the human immunoglobulin kappa locus. The IGHV segments also include sixteen D segments, all six J segments, and immunoglobulin heavy constant mu (IGHM) and gamma 1 (IGHG1) (all contained in the in the HC2 minilocus). The IGKV segments are contained in the KCo5 minilocus, which comprises IGK segments (IGKV3D-11, IGKV3-20, IGKV1D-16, IGKV3-11) and IGKJ and IGKC enhancer sequences from plasmids pKV4 and pKC1B plus segments IGKV2D-40 through IGKV3D-7 from YAC y17.
