Gt(ROSA)26Sor^{tm1.1(Cas9)Rrad}

A human codon-optimized hemagglutinin-tagged Cas9 sequence derived from Streptococcus pyogenes was inserted into the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus with a loxP-flanked puromycin resistance-containing stop cassette preceding the Cas9 sequence. This constitutively expressing allele was generated by deletion of the loxP-flanked stop cassette in the germline. (J:273279)
