A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 4. An FRT- and loxP-flanked neomycin resistance cassette was inserted downstream of exon 6. Flp-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette. Cre-mediated recombiantion removed exons 4 through 6. (J:82809)
