This is a Cre-dependent allele that conditionally expresses a SNAP-tag protein containing 30 amino acid at C-terminus of human SYNJ2BP for mitochondrial localization using the CAG promoter. The SNAP-tag construct consists of an engineered O6-alkylguanine-DNA alkyltransferase that can be specifically and irreversibly labeled with O6-benzylguanine (BG) derivatives. (J:296065)
