Exon 2 was targeted using sgRNAs with CRISPR/Cas9 technology. Four different out-of-frame insertion/deletion-insertion allele mouse lines were created, named A15 (TTTAG deletion - AGCT insertion), A20 (AGTCTC deletion -T insertion), AG1 (A insertion), and AG7 (A insertion). (J:295190)
