A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 15. An FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette was inserted downstream of the modified exon 16, containing the amino acid substitution of threonine with alanine at position 735 (T735A). Flp-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette. (J:287672)
