Serinc3^{tm1b(KOMP)Wtsi}

Cre-mediated excision of the parental Serinc5tm1a(KOMP)Wtsi allele resulted in the removal of the promoter-driven neomycin selection cassette and critical exon 3 leaving behind the inserted lacZ reporter sequence. RT-qPCR shows significantly lower mRNA transcript levels in homozygotes.
