The adenovirus splice acceptor sequence, the puromycin resistance gene (Puro), a CAGGS promoter, a loxP-flanked transcription stop cassette (tpA), the Tmem100 gene with the N-terminal HA-tag, an internal ribosome entry site, the eGFP gene, a polyadenylation sequence was inserted into the endogenous Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus.
