A transgenic construct containing the following elements was inserted into the 3' UTR of the collagen 1a1 gene: the tetO tetracycline responsive element, a fusion of GFP fluorescent protein gene sequence and shRNA sequence targeting the Shroom3 gene, and a hygromycin resistance gene cassette.
