Tg(H2-K^b-Tcrd57.9,Tcrg57.9)#Gks

The rearranged Vgamma6-Jgammal-Cgammal Tcrg gene from mycrobacterial antigen-specific T cell hybridoma 57.9 was cut to remove the silencer element 3' of the Cgamma1 segment. The rearranged Vdelta1-Jdelta2-Cdelta Tcrd gene from the same hybridoma was cloned downstream of the H2-Kb promoter, followed by beta globin exon 2, intron 2, exon 3 and poly(A) signal and the Igh enhancer. The gamma and delta constructs were co-injected into fertilized eggs. Nine different transgenic mouse lines (52, 56, 74, 77, 78, 114, 115, 131, 134) were established. (J:166278)
