The targeting vector is designed to insert a loxP flanked neomycin resistance (neo) cassette, followed by an enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) sequence, directly after the C-terminus of the the gene. Cre-mediated recombination removed the upstream floxed neo cassette. (J:302425)
