A cassette incorporating FRT1-loxP1-FRT2-neomycin-FRT1-loxP2 and a copy of Exon3 carrying a 3xStop and mVenus-loxP2-FRT2 was introduced to intron 2, and a loxP1 site was placed in intron 3. The neomycin-FRT1-loxP2-Exon3*(Stop)-IRES-mVenus-loxP2 is skipped and non-functional, without Stop or fluorescent properties. (J:267659)
