Using the TARGATT integrase-mediated integration, the three individual SPT subunits (in the following order: Sptlc2, Sptssa, and Sptlc1) were cloned as a single-chain coding unit linked to EGFP by a T2A peptide sequence. A stop cassette flanked by LoxP sites was inserted between the CAG promoter and the fSPT coding unit. (J:285452)
