Exons 1 to 8 were replaced with a Puromycin selection cassette flanked by F3 sites. Flp-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette. RT-PCR confirmed the absence of the Dnase1 transcript but presence of the overlapping Trap1 transcript. (J:277126)
