A loxP-site and an FRT-flanked neomycin resistance gene was inserted into upstream of Trex1 Exon2, and second loxP-site was inserted into downstream of the Exon2. Flp-mediated recombination removed the FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette. (J:285031)
