A targeting vector was designed to insert loxp and FRT flanked neo selecttion cassette into intron 2 and another loxP site into intron 3 of the Snai2 gene. FLPE-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette, resulting in exons 2 and 3 flanked by loxP sites. (J:283540)
