Two constructs consisting of one with a mouse Pdgfrb promotor driving Flp recombinase and another carring a Frt-Stop-Frt-CreERT2 cassette under the control of the mouse Cspg4 promoter were co-injected into C57BL/6 blastocysts via pronuclear injection. Five founder pups were identyfied as carrying both transgenes. One unnamed founder line was established and verified.
