This line has been derived from the B6.Pax3Amphi37-ILZ/+ in wich the Pax3/7 Amphioxus cDNA followed by the IRESLacZ gene has been introduced in the Pax3 locus. To generate this line, B6.Pax3Amphi37-ILZ/+ have been crossed with a FLP expressing line (removing the LacZ gene). Floxed and FRT flanked cassettes have been removed: one FRT and one loxP site remain in the genome. (J:82809)
