Three loxP sites were inserted into the gene, one in the 5-UTR of exon 1B, one in the 5-UTR of Exon 1A and the third flanking the PGK-neo selection cassette downstream of exon 5. Cre-mediated recombination resulted in deletion of the loxP flanked sequences. (J:241326)
