Exons 3 and 4 were flanked by loxP sites. Cre mediated recombination removed exons 3 and 4. RT-qPCR analysis confirmed the absence of mRNA expression in multiple tissues of homozygous mutant mice, including trachea, lung, testis, oviduct, ovary, cortex and cerebellum. (J:231675)
