Mir23a, Mir27a, Mir3074-2, and Mir24-2 in this microRNA cluster were replaced via homologous recombination by a puromycin/thymidine kinase fusion gene under the control of EM7/PGK promoters and flanked by LoxP and F3/FRT sites. The selection cassette was removed via cre-mediated recombination. (J:258947)
