The transgene constract consisting of a cre recombinase cDNA, followed by the rabbit b-globin poly-A signal inserted immediately after the start codon in exon 1 of the mouse Opn4 gene in a bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) clone (RP23-340N18) was used. Three transgenic founders were identified but line numbers wer not available. The pound symbol (#) is used when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled. (J:272723)
