The Ptprstm1a(KOMP)Mbp allele (MGI:4840831) was FLP excised by microinjecting 100ng/ul of FLP mRNA (Miltenyi BIotec Inc.Cat# 130-106-769) into the cytoplasm of IVF-derived zygotes.
