The targeting construct is designed to insert a floxed neomycin resistance (neo) cassette followed by the N-terminal luciferase fragment (amino acids 1-416) into the N-terminus of the Arrb2 gene. Cre-mediated recombination removed the upstream floxed neo cassette. (J:254567)
