The targeting construct is designed to insert the C terminal portion of S1pr1 fused to a C-terminal luciferase fragment (amino acids 394-550) with a polyadenylation signal, followed by a floxed neomycin resistance (neo) cassette, into the C-terminus of the S1pr1 gene. Cre-mediated recombination removed the floxed neo cassette. (J:254567)
