A full-length mouse Scgb1a1 cDNA in its antisense orientation is under the control of the MMTV-LTR promoter. Two lines were established, however the pound (#) sign is used as line numbers are not provided. Western blot analysis confirmed that levels of the Scgb1a1 protein were reduced in the lungs and prostate confirming that antisense RNA expression suppresses protein expression. (J:57504)
