The targeting vector contains an FRT-flanked Neo selection cassette inserted downstream of exon 6 and another loxP site inserted upstream of exon 2. Flp-mediated recombination removed the FRT-flanked neo cassette leaving exons 2 through 6 floxed. (J:274988)
