The transgene contains the complete 1.2 kb murine prothymosin alpha cDNA under the control of the rat beta-actin promoter. RT-PCR confirmed expression of the transgene in all organs examined, including spleen, thymus, lung, liver and kidney. Two lines were generated, T9 and T12. Line T12 is entered as the representative line. (J:128557)
