The coding sequence of the human cDNA was fused at the 5' end to Flag epitope tag sequence and inserted between the CAG promoter and poly(A) signal sequences. The resulting transgene construct was micro-injected into pronuclei of C57BL/6 oocytes. Expression was confirmed by qRT-PCR. (J:270069)
