A loxP site and a FRT site flanked neomycin resistance cassette were inserted into intron 2 and a second loxP site into intron 5. The neo cassette was removed through subsequent flp-mediated recombination, leaving a conditional-ready allele with exons 3-5 floxed. (J:269898)
